I have tried and tried to make delicious pancakes from scratch. Failure. Rubber. We had packet pancakes as part of a breakfast basket on holiday and they were really good! The ingredients' list was no different from what is in my pantry. I have bought a packet mix a few times now and each time success. We had pancakes for afternoon tea yesterday: lemon and sugar, honey and jam. They were a success!
