If a meal scores six out of six here, it is a winner. This one did.
Coat chicken in olive oil and then in a mixture of bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. Bake in the oven.

Sounds lovely and simple, just what I need lately, will give this recipe a try next week.
I believe I'll try this one. I'm of the opinion anything to do with olive oil must taste good!
