Lemon slice. Made a few days before husband E's birthday as I will be making pie and pudding for dinner tonight and orange cake with lemon curd filling and white chocolate icing when the cake supply depletes.
At present we have choc chip cookies in the freezer, choc brownies and bun from sister in law AMM and weetbix slice from sister in law HJR. We also have a few little cupcakes left which the children are enjoying.
