"There is nothing like a roast dinner." is a frequent comment from me. Tonight we had roast beef and vegetables. We have a tradition of always having a candle on the table when we have a roast. The children then all take turns to blow it out. We often have a pudding too, tonight it was chocolate.
Chocolate pudding
1 tablespoon butter
150g dark chocolate
85g sugar
4 eggs
1 tablespoon flour
Melt butter and chocolate, add other ingredients and then bake in oven for about 20minutes. The centre should be soft and gooey. Delicious. I got this recipe from the newspaper a few years ago.
