Pancake flop
It is official, I cannot make pancakes. 6 year old daughter has requested them for days now and I made them for afternoon tea. They were terrible (slightly improved hot with dripping butter and jam). 6 year old daughter loved them (which was grand as they were her treat) drizzled with honey. This is my third attempt and third failure. What is the secret to edible pancakes or even pikelets (hot cakes)?????
