6 year old daughter and I whipped up some blueberry muffins as we are now having a family brunch tomorrow...The recipe is from a sister in law.
Blueberry muffins
125g butter
1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup white sugar
3 eggs
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cups blueberries (I use frozen)
3 cups SR flour
Mix but not too much....
If you use plain flour they will be rather flat and you won't want to photograph them...
